Great Incentives
Pay is good for only requiring highschool education. Clean and comfortable work environment

ConsTechnical support needs atleast 6 weeks training or specialization in order to be more effective and reduce turn over.
College hours and experience dont count towards starting pay

Advice to Senior ManagementTrain Tech Support longer and utilize resources such as MSU or VRC or highschool seniors for recruitment of candidates who may enjoy working with technology

    Easily one of the worst places I've ever worked

    Pros: - It's a good stepping stone to have Tier III… Cons: - The lack of communication from upper management down is absolutely astounding. There is literally NO communication at all to the rest of the employees… Advice to Senior Management: It's difficult to offer any advice when you have executive leadership that could really care less about the well-being of its American employees...so why bother?… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
