Current Employee – been working at WECC

Pros – The benefits are fantastic, the schedules are flexible and most of the staff are great to work with. It's also a casual environment.

Cons – Depending on the position you're in it can be a LOT of work. The company has experienced some growing pains and those in the top two or three positions don't seem as connected or invested as their predecessors.

Advice to Senior Management – Take the time to get to know staff, take responsibility and slow down those who do the work.
