I worked at WES

Pros

It's great place to work if you're a fresh graduate from a college. I'd say that the salary is too low though.

Cons

There's no much career advancement for experienced people. The management is knowledgeable, however, ideas or suggestions offered by evaluators generally are not taken into consideration.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I'd suggest not to have micro management in the office. There should be more trust to employees and more career advancement opportunities.

    I have been working at WES full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    A diverse and knowledgeable staff that is hard-working and (on average) faithful to basic work principles.

    Cons

    Lack of transparency. Slow acknowledgment and /or addressing of general issues. Not optimal leadership in some departments. Lack of sense of trust and/or some micromanagement that discourages trust development. Lack of team culture at mid-management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Trust needs to be developed. Communication can be improved. Transparency in decision making can be implemented and leadership (in some departments) can be improved.
