I worked at WESCO International full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

A few great people on the team

    Cons

Insane amounts of micromanagement by middle and upper alike. The rampant incompetence of upper management is unparalleled in the industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Empower your employees to do things. Don't create a hostile work environment. Train anyone on at least something. Show some transparency in the decisions. A work environment does not have to be one big blame game and the most stressful place on the planet. Upper management should take some time to actually figure out how their team is feeling/ viewed in the organization and if middle management is able to manage others, much less themselves.
