Former Employee – worked at WGBH full-time for more than a year

Pros – Worked with very smart people on quality programming that I felt good about. Schedule was pretty low stress for television. Physical plant is magnificent.

Cons – Little room for advancement if your show gets canceled. Very hard to stay in the building no matter how much you hustle or network.

Advice to Senior Management – After you've trained them and they've proved their dedication, find a way to retain your talent.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
