I wanted to believe that this was a good job, unfortunately, I was sorely mistaken.

    Pros

It's a job, you get to see what work is like to some point, the people are very friendly, until you actually start working, then it's a nightmare.

    Cons

Managers play favorites, 'paid training' doesn't actually prepare you for anything in the workplace, very disrespectful clients, the work is much too backbreaking and tedious to be only $8. People compete to be high in the 'count per hour' ranks, and will give new employees bad advice just to stay ahead. I was really excited to get this job, and now, I'm wishing I had worked at McDonalds.

    Advice to Management

Start paying more, minimum wage doesn't pay for the gas it takes to get to the jobsite, Stop playing favorites, We are ALL trying our best if we have stayed for more than one week.

    Pros

You get to meet a lot of professionals in the retail world. You are forced to improve upon people skills. Not too many Pros.

    Cons

Many. As a salaried manager you never have a real day off. If you have a family it could be very damaging to work for this company. The hours you have to work are in no way in line with the pay. The upper management is extremely poor at most levels. No leadership or motivation of any kind. If you are considering building a career WIS is definitely not a place for you.

    Advice to Management

I could write a lot in this section but it will be pointless. Probably the best advice I could give to the socalled management is to look around and see how successful companies are functioning.
