Pros

No matter how many hours you work, you are still considered part time. This means you won't have your hours cut because of obamacare.

Cons

No training. Was easy to figure out. But new people make jobs take longer when they don't know how to count. Supervisors in training have an ego problem and think they are entitled to do nothing. If you want a job with Wis, get some good knee pads. Had my 6 month review, my counting % is mine plus the rest of the team. This is supposed to be fair because different sections of the store are harder to count, but I know I can count every section faster than my peers anyway, yet they're crappy % made me miss .25 cents of my raise.

Advice to Management

Coach/train your new hires and they'll count faster.

    Pros

A few select employees were great to work with and made the days more bearable. Autonomy in planning inventories.

    Cons

Upper management only cares about money with no second thought to empleyee welfare. Infact, the expectation is high employee turnover. Management also teaches employees how to cheat the system and basicly defraud customers.

    Advice to Management

You need a new business model!
