Pros

Steady pay, way to much travel

Cons

Starting pay for a Inventory Supervisor in NC is $9.00 an hour. You have to be at work at 2 AM and available to work through. No company insurance is available, no benefits, and does not allow you vacation time.

Advice to Management

Pay people what the positions are worth. Don't short change because of cost savings. If you want accurate inventory counts then you pay people for their intelligence and ability to accurately count, not hire whoever you can get for the cheapest rate.

    Pros

You get to travel all over.

    Cons

It's basically swing shift. Always doing dayshift then night shift jobs.

    Advice to Management

Compensate the loyal workers better. Should make pay competitive and include attendance in it as well. Too many employees taking advantage of calling off or just not showing up or calling off.
