Terrible experience

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee)
Lancaster, TX

ProsI learned as much as possible about the manufacturing and sales of plastic products.

ConsHostile work environment. Upper management is only concerned with their bottom line and doesn't value employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake control of the company. There are people that abuse their authority. Employees are disrespectful and use vulgar language which seems to be acceptable to management at Lancaster facility. Lack of training, no manuals or direction and no standard operating procedures are the cause of many problems.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
