    Pros

    -they give chance to freshers or ppl with a break in their career
    -give chance to ppl with not vry good acadamc backgroubd

    Cons

    -the salary is too low
    -organisations's culture-nt that great
    -too many designations,takes a long time to climb up the ladder

    I have been working at WNS full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Work life balance is great
    - Salary increments are much better than other IT companies

    Cons

    - Policy changes are uncertain. Every manager thinks that the higher level manager has insight into the policy changes. Nobody actually knows.
    - Slow. They want a growth rate of 10%. The company doesn't want to grow fast

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Get the HR policies right
    - Target a higher growth rate
    - Remove the BPO tag. Most of the revenue comes from the KPO. Why do you want to stick with the BPO tag?
