Pros

It's very nice place to work at. If you do a good job you are going to move up very quickly. You will make a good money and A LOT of overtime.

Cons

It's a call center and the schedule sometimes is not good. But over all it's fair.

    Pros

    When I started at WOW as a Customer Service Rep, Tier 2 in 2008 they where a decent company. They seemed to care about their employees for the most part.

    Cons

    From the get go, advancing in the company wasn't based on merit or skill, but if the management liked you. Micromanaged by Management. Managers quickly forget what its like to be hourly employees and treat them badly. When issues would be brought up, hoping they'd get fixed, they would be ignored and the person complaining would be fired on drummed up charges.

    Advice to Management

    Your salary workers don't work hard, abuse your hourly workers, and need to live up your company core values they preach to the hourly workers.

    Pros

    WOW!'s call center in Colorado Springs is easily the best call center to work for. Great benefits, OK pay, and amazing co-workers. Everyone who works there is very genuine and unique.

    Cons

    Micromanagement has become a popular phrase lately. We recently acquired some new staff that have been less than popular with the culture of our company.

    Advice to Management

    Stop acting like children, stop sending sh*t downhill, and stop panicking!
