Former Employee – worked at WSP Group
Pros – Good work culture, Good recognition of work, diverse projects, flexibility for the personal needs of employees.
Cons – Lack of view and futuristic plans.
Advice to Senior Management – Grow slo and steady.. not as a roller coaster.
