Revolving door...

Senior Associate (Former Employee)

ProsGood benefits. Well fed during busy season. Diversified culture - more Asians than Americans.

ConsHours are long. Promotions are based on tenure and not on knowledge and experience. Managers do not have training. No structure. Office rules change on a daily basis. Too much office politics and micromanaging going around. Favoritism and partiality exists.

Advice to Senior ManagementFacilitate change when needed and not just mention changes during the meetings. Have a hindsight on how to make hardworking people and not the people that hardly work stay.
