Former Employee – worked at WW&R full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good medical plan and benefits. Decent pay.
Cons – No way to have a family life. Expected to work weekends and never ever have your children cause you to leave even 10 minutes early. They love the workers without out kids. The attorneys partners are very hard to handle and down right hostile most of the time. They can't always be avoided.
Advice to Senior Management – Be nicer to employees and understand that some need to tend to children and cannot work every weekend and until 7:00 every week night.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
