I have been working at WW&R full-time (more than an year)

Pros

The co-workers, the pay is OK and bonuese are great (IF you hit your monthly goal), Benefits and Paid Time-Off is nice. The clients are good to work for, good experience under your belt.

Cons

The management/Supervisor staff is a joke. Nothing but drama. Supervisors sit there and gossip all day and cause drama and they DO NOT leave their personal lives at the door. They are very unprofessional. Well, some one them. Its hard to submit a request for something to change so you can better yourself there. If you submit it, good chances are it wont get done. It's very hit or miss.
Raises are on hold, so you're stuck making what you signed for. No room for moving up in the company. Its not a career, just a filler.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leave your drama at home.

    Pros

Competive Salary and great individuals to work with.

    Cons

The stability of this companys is shaky at best. Within the last 12 months WWR has experienced three separate sets of layoffs which has included the closing of its Florida and Columbus Offices. Management has advised that the worst is behind but it seems that Management may know more than they are letting on as they have had two Senior Partners announce their retirements and another two Partners give their resignations within the last 30-60 days. From an employees perspective it looks as management is gearing up for the worse and getting out while they can. Merit raises have also been suspended for the second time in the past three years and the firm just had a former employee plead guilty to embezzlement. In reviewing the facts i.e , layoffs, no merit increases, retirements, resignations, office closings, and losses to the embezzlement may only point in the direction that this company has not yet experienced the worse and I would not be surprised if all employees showed up one day to find the doors locked for good.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management has made many poor decisions over the last couple of years which included the scrapping of a new multimillion dollar sysytem when the new CEO was brought onboard over a year ago. Taking into account your losses with this system and the inabilty to hire proper leadership roles over the last few years has turned a once profitable company into a buisness on the verge of closing its doors for good.

    Pros

Good benefits and vacation time when you start from day one.

    Cons

You can work there for many years but if you outlive your usefullness they will make your work life miserable until you want to quit. Then if you don't quit they will find a reason to fire you. This happens to all types of employees even those who have been working there for over 10 years. If you are looking for a career, don't count on Weltman.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please limit the department meetings. Whenever an employee makes a mistake you don't have to call every employee in to talk about it when a simple email would suffice.
