Pros

They conduct employee development programs, such as leadership and job skills training.

Cons

They don't require managers to implement the good management practices that they pay lip service to. This includes quality.

Advice to Management

Don't have IT report to HR; assign them to the CFO. Require HR to conduct exit interviews with all departing employees in order to get necessary feedback on managers.

    Pros

    you get to see how poorly trailers that carry products across the country are made(this could be considered a con as well)

    Cons

    English is the second language, Spanish the first
    too much divide between employees based on race
    too many cliques (i.e. wabash employees vs ''blueberry'' temps)
    not enough training on how to do the job correctly, they show you once and keep moving or decide you aren't kissing up to them and won't train you based on personal judgements and opinion,
    will walk the people out who do the work in a heartbeat and leave the lazy people there who stand around,
    a certain ethnic group is allowed to do whatever they want and treat people however they want
     and run their side business right on the job (food, stolen supplies, tool belts)
    too many petty pranks get pulled,
    sends some people home early and keep their favorites during slow shifts,
    other employees and coordinators will sabatage your work for fun,
    fights are allowed to take place on the production lines and is viewed as entertainment
    too many managers with nothing to do other than listen to gossip about other employees.

    Advice to Management

    understand that your products are made poorly because of how the workers are treated,
    make coordinators and supervisors more accountable and up the number of trailers per hour quota/get rid off dead weight.

    Offers a fast paced and challenging environment.
