Wachovia's culture of service to customers and employees is impressive. And, it's that culture that attracts phenomenal talent and great client relationships. Management support and communication has been great during these recently uncertain times. Our managers have been upfront with us with about the new directions of the company, and that communication has relaxed a lot of fears. The opportunity ceiling for women and minorities to suceed through the ranks is very high.
Cons
They don't pay for perks such has public transportation vouchers, parking, coffee, and water for their employees.
Advice to Senior Management
Run hard and fast with the new Wells Fargo branding.
