    Pros

Job advancements, promotions, compensation, excellent management, excellent deal flow.

    Cons

Spintered business units, difficult to navigate IT systems, bank still lacks integration with other business units.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue improving IT platform and integration across business units. Recognize employees more often and provide more opportunities for on the job training, schedule regular meetings with other business units of the bank to incourage and foster cross referrals to increase client wallet share and enhance the client relationship to the bank (stiky-ness).

    Pros

    Great benefits for their employees

    Cons

Merger pushed it to Wells.....mean people. Working with wells be prepared for them to use you then leave you in the cold

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When people are laid off it would be nice if you didn't lie to them and make them feel as they have a chance in coming back. When people express their willingness to be loyal to the company and take a pay cut or demotion to keep a job it's mean to just lay them off with no means or options of a new position
