    Pros

A very family-like place to work, where people can contribute across department, or even across business, lines.

    Cons

Career progression was almost frowned upon. Management tended to expect employees to be so happy in their current position that an employee was expected to never want to leave that team or department (or the company).

    Advice to Management

Take care of your people and respect their desire to advance on their career paths.
