Former Employee - Bank Teller in Dumont, NJ

I worked at Wachovia part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Received full benefits working only 20 hours a week. Proper training is provided to all new hires. Flexible with vacation requests.

    Cons

Doesn't seem like there is room to grow within the company. After working 5 years and establishing myself as a valuable employee, management would still not give me the opportunity to advance after several job positions opened.
