Pros

Being able to meet new people, that's if you're a people person.........Wachovia values diversity, therefore its a very diverse enviroment. They offer pretty good benefits, and are alright with vacation and sick time.

Cons

Management........ a lot of them are not qualified to be in that position. They don't value their employee's, the pay for a hard working teller is crap! Whether youu've been their a while or just coming in....... the pay doesn't get better! They just give you a title..(Teller Manager-to make you FEEL important), make you stay longer hours t, and still don't pay you anymore!

Advice to Senior Management

Get more training! Value the people on the lower part of the ladder! We are the ones who have to deal with all the drama!
