Wachovia – “Teller at Wachovia”

Pros

The hourly rate is good. The hours are great; most lobbies are only open till 3 except for their late night and we don't work past 12:30 on saturdays.

Cons

The pay cap. Once you reach a certain salary, you can no longer receive raises. They also push you very hard to get referrals, which at some locations is hard because you see the same people over and over.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop pushing us so hard to get referrals. I understand why we need them, but at the same time we would be able to get them if they were presented to us.
