Pros

Working with customers, and having a good branch team. working on solving problems with customers and having them leave happy. vacation time

Cons

backstabbing, cheating. unfairly treated. ridiculous goals you are never meant to hit. management is by far the worst I have every encountered

Advice to Senior Management

treat your employees fairly, they are the work horses that make you look good
