Great training, they are tops in customer service training
Cons
Unsure of Wells Fargo goals, heavy handed on sales goals, even in stores that are brand new and no traffic. Also morale is tough now because we know they will be closing these same stores that they are pushing to attain goals
Advice to Senior Management
Not sure what they can do in light of current times and merger
