Wachovia – “If you like to make upper management money at your expense....this is the place for you”

Pros

A pay check. Beats unemployment. Can be a good place to work as long as management is happy. But that only lasts a day or two since you cannot make your numbers every single day

Cons

I really cannot add anything different than all of the other reviews. All about numbers and nothing about customers or employees

Advice to Senior Management

Give us a break once in a while. We try to have lives outside the bank too. Share the wealth. Treat us with respect. If we all called out sick you would not make your numbers. Stop managing by fear.
