Wachovia – “Not a happy customer”

Pros

401K match is good, benefits are pretty good under legacy Wachovia but are changing for the worse. Not the best place to work

Cons

There is absolutely no work/life balance and very little concern for the employees particularly those from legacy Wachovia. Not paid well for the work that is done. Employees are widgets producers.

Advice to Senior Management

Respect all employees and get back to caring if only vaguely about employee engagement
