Pros

Benefits were fairly good, nice employee discounts and freebies. Compensation is competitive for the position. Training program is also top notch.

Cons

Long working hours trying to reach impossible goals. Was constantly pushed to make loans to individuals who did not need a loan. Always felt pressured to coerce people into products they didn't need. Management focus was always on numbers and never on the employee.

Advice to Senior Management

Put some effort into boosting employee morale. Don't short staff offices then expect the FS to pick up the slack. Make sales goals reflective of the current economy
