Wachovia – “It gets old.”

Pros

The pay is fair, the hours are good, and so are the benefits. It can be very rewarding to help people achieve their financial goals.

Cons

It gets really old opening checking accounts over and over again, co-workers in certain branches can be very negative, there is not much room for career growth, and the products are not very good.

Advice to Senior Management

Give customers better products. Provide more realistic job previews before hiring employees. Start some sort of talent identification process to move employees out of these positions.
