Benefits, Clients like convenience of locations, Customer Service Satisfaction is a key focus for last 8 years
Cons
Anxiety over incentive plan changes with Wells, Loan Underwriting is extremely challenging, Management does not spend enough time out developing business..Walk the Walk in the Community, little less talk and a lot more action,spend more time recruiting, Attrition in legacy Wachovia picking up steam.
Advice to Senior Management
Senior Management should have focus groups with the front line employees to get better ideas. Too much middle management left over from legacy Wachovia. Show employees you value their hard work and sacrifice. Encourage work/life balance.
