great advancement....i worked in a specialty group, so my experience is different then others. paid well and always received great feedback

Cons

some of the people you partner with just dont care. my job often times included theirs in addition to mine.

Advice to Senior Management

look out for your associates.....they really are the backbone of the company....sales people should be paid well, but so should the associates.
