Pros

pay and benefits,also there is something else to learn,constantly.they never hold back on information.there are also all sorts of courses that relate directly to your job.

Cons

the downside of working for this company,is as much as taking vacation time is encourged,one is more often than not,turned down when they apply for time away from work

Advice to Senior Management

the only flaw really,is the inability to be able to take a vacation when it is felt that a vacation is needed
