I have been working at Wackenhut

Pros – Pay was good for my age and lack of experience, I had a regular schedule so I knew when I was working every week instead of a schedule that varied weekly, good experience for future jobs.

Cons – They moved me to a new job site when I was 8 months pregnant that I had to call someone to allow me to go to the restroom and sometimes it would take an hour or longer for someone to get there (You go A LOT at that point in pregnancy), after my leave I was promised my same spot but they moved me to third which not everyone can do. After months of trying to get back on a day shift I quit because I was unable to find daycare for third and then have daycare in the mornings so that I could sleep to go back that night. Too many would watch TV and play games during their whole shift and really had no idea if something happened or not. They didn't care about their job when it came to someone breaking in or theft or alarms going off. I still have friends who work for the company and I quit before new management and before the name change. I hear it's gotten much worse.

Advice to Senior Management – Hire better people and listen to your employees.
