Wonderful Company. So glad in 2008 that I was here.

Financial Advisor (Current Employee)
Brea, CA

I have been working at Waddell & Reed as a contractor for more than 10 years

ProsSelf employed. Minimums are low/reasonable. Pay structure is excellent. They provide office and phone, copy machine and fax, receptionist and manager for a cut which saves me a lot of time but still gives me freedom to punch my own clock and build my practice.

ConsCompliance. Very anal about Finra and never having a lawsuit. Sometimes poor managers that are not good leaders or trainers.

Advice to Senior ManagementSend EVERY manager to Circle. They need the relationship and exposure to W&R. So supid to leave them home and then expect them to bond with the culture.

– I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
