    Pros

The pay is some what fair to that of similar positions. They offered a clean and safe work environment. You can eat at your desk.

    Cons

The management was only focused on advancement of themselves. The company as a whole is looking out for only itself, management appeared to have no regard toward their employees or personal lives.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some leadership training would be very beneficial for any person in a management role.

    Pros

nice physical work environment. nice work stations.

    Cons

As a temp they will tell you that a bonus is available if you stay in compliance. In fact they will use a point system and if you are a second late you will be docked and they will not advise you that points are accruing so they dont pay out the bonus.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

spend more on wages and less on keeping employees under your thumb.
