I worked at WageWorks as a contractor (less than an year)

Pros

Great building in convenient location with excellent co-workers

Cons

QA is very restrictive. If customers rate you excellent based on your response to their needs QA rates you based on every call being the same.

I have been working at WageWorks as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Although a number of the job openings are seasonal/contract positions, there are opportunities for top performers to obtain permanent employment. Overall, WageWorks offers competitive wages, bonus opportunities for those who excel in their roles based on the department they work in. This has been the most professional call center I have had the privilege of working in here in the greater Phoenix area.

    Cons

Amongst the 100+ call centers in the Phoenix area, company brand is not as strong as it should be. Would like to see the Tempe office more involved with community outreach programs/partners so as to establish WageWorks as an employer of choice in an ever increasing & competitive market for well qualified job seekers.

I have been working at WageWorks as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Pay is typical of call center position and they also feed you lunch (Only when they require mandatory overtime)

    Cons

It's boisterous work environment, with rude co-workers (especially in the escalation department) who're inept, deluded, incompetent at doing their job. Big Brother mentality prevails at WageWorks, and they have no problem in overworking people to point of exploitation. Extrapolate what happens at WageWorks and you'll soon realize it's just another dead end job. If you're meaningful work look elsewhere, since the only type of work offered at WageWorks consist of being mundane, and repetitious by nature.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Why bother they (Management) treat you as an expendable commodity,
