Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Tempe, AZ

Pros

This is a good place to begin learning about some of the benefits of healthcare electives.

Cons

No real professional development is available. Strategy is more focused on putting out fires rather than taking a proactive stance. Departments are stand alone (really alone!) and no efforts are exercised to unify departments or communicate effectively.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recoginze the talent you already have on staff. Make more efforts to professionally develop those on board to reduce attrition. Solicit ideas and feedback from those experts--they really have good ideas. Make your employees feel valued.

    Pros

Good for employees looking for entry level positions. Variety of jobs and growing company.

    Cons

Executives get paid well and get large bonuses. HR is inexperienced and is self-motivated. Lower ranks work hard and do not get much in the way of perks. They seem to let good employees leave and keep the bad employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the culture and train Management.

Former Employee - Manager in Tempe, AZ

    Pros

Nice coworkers. Close to downtown Tempe and ASU.

    Cons

Consistently increasing workload and lowering pay, bonuses, and raises while also passing on higher benefit costs. Extremely demanding, with top-down management style. Middle and upper managers are nice, but have their hands tied. Poor resources for coverage of employee PTO. Sr. Leadership sets lofty goals without proper commitments to support the execution.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit taking from employees while simultaneously demanding they do more.
