Pros

Some people there actually care about their jobs and coworkers and are the only reason to keep working there.

Cons

For a benefits company, they have terrible incentives for their own employees. Their stated core values are completely ignored. If you don't want to be a scapegoat for any little thing day in and day out, do not work there.

Great coworkers, friends for life from this place. Also it's a great place to learn for young people fresh out of school, I've had great mentorship there.

    Cons

HORRIBLE pay, incompetant managers, at a certain point, to progress in your career, you will need to leave.

I have been working at WageWorks full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Most people at the company really do want to support each other in order to succeed in their job and provide the best service possible to clients and customers.

    Cons

No real professional development or clear path to promote in most departments and if you do do, you'll be lucky if you get a pay increase.

The company does not pay competitively.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recognizing the talent you have before losing good people. Take the time to help develop the talent you have on board and make employees feel valued. Competitive salaries and clear career advancement opportunities will help.
