Wal-Mart Sales Associate in Austin, TX:   (Past Employee - 2007)

Pros

Great job if you need work. Met some nice people that were also working there.

Cons

Pay is not great but it is based on the job you do. If your a cashier don't expect to support a family on your salary.

Advice to Senior Management

Work harder to ensure that all employees are considered for advancement.
