Management is not always fair, preferences are shown to male employees over female sometimes. Will work you to death even when you are obviously sick.

Advice to Senior Management

Realize your employees have lives outside of Wal-Mart. Not all employees want to sign their lives over to you and miss out every holiday, weekend, etc.
