Pros

Decent pay for my neck of the woods, this is mostly due to it's extreme dominance in our local economy.

Cons

It's boring and monotonous. It's the same day in and day out, and you have to be really luck to get any sort of promotion.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop cutting the hours of your most experienced employees... Either fire them and hire new cheaper help or give them the hours they deserve so they can make ends meet. At least if you fire them, they can find another job that will give them the time they need to live comfortably.
