I have been working at WalMart Canada part-time (less than an year)

Pros

Walmart is a great company to work for. Being a cashier is fast pace when It gets busy, but It keeps you occupied! Express is especially fun, and the people there are great! They have great managers and there are always opportunities to move within the company.

Cons

They push for mastercards, and working on Belt as a cashier can get very tiring.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Good Managers, and good management. Although, they can be a little less picky about paying overtime.

You are going to leave soon, because you will realize ( if you have some knowelege) this not a place to work. Job has to be done as a job and not abuse the workers to work 45 hours per week and do not pay for them.
