    Pros

When I started at Walmart I needed a job. I found a work family.

    Cons

Yearly raises of only $0.30 is not enough to keep up with inflation.

    Pros

Great for meeting new people, easy tasks, requires no experience, and employee discount. It was an easy commute because I lived near by, and served great as a part time job for high schoolers.

    Cons

HIgh turnover rate for a reason, most coworkers are unmotivated and not easy to work with. Little to no contact with management.
