Advice to Senior ManagementInstead of just talking about how bad an employee is instead try to help them out and make them better

Pros: opportunities galore, Sam Walton story inspirational, respect for work/life balance (at my stores anyway) Can be great buy-in from associates/managers with profit sharing - if… Cons: if you start low you stay low salary/wage wise. Still some very un-inspirational managers in the business. A little too… Advice to Senior Management: you lose great people when you stick to rules like - not promotable… More
