It's an okay place to work.

Pros-they don't work you into the ground with a lot of overtime.

Cons- Hard to advance from certain departments
- University degree can hold you back

    Lack of Leadership

    I have been working at WalMart Canada full-time for less than a year


    Pros: Some people are genuinely nice. There is a dry cleaner… Cons: It is a very phony and backstabbing environment. The Marketing Directors are somewhat nice to your face but will throw you under the bus… Advice to Senior Management: Be real, not fake.
