Pros

It was a wonderful experience to work with the Waldorf Astoria team and still I would like to continue working there if I get an opportunity to work there.

Cons

I have only few downsides about the resort it is because its located near my home place which makes me feel to go back to home often and by that it costs me lots of money.

Advice to Management

They can be much friendly with all the staffs without keeping a distance with some staffs.

    Pros

The Waldorf is a flagship Hilton property and has perks that few others have. I beleive the pay for the industry is competitive. You have a reputation for being the best.

    Cons

Long hours, management did not get much support especially when the union challenged others. It was also an unusual management structure with almost all of the senior managers relatively inesperienced, but handpicked by the GM. The benefits were also not very good.
