Pros
The style of company promotion which focuses on promoting from within. Although the company is slowly catching up technology wise you can still tell where some of the traditional aspects of the company have remain unchanged. Depending on the store manager raises can be in the ballpark of 65-85 cents a year, very generous within the retail sector.
Cons
The pay can be low but that is to be expected in retail work. The initial training system which acquaints the work to the Walgreens system could use some work.

Pay your employees well to increase store morale.
