Walgreens provided great training and a relaxed atmosphere to work in. Management pay was very reasonable for a starting position compared to similar companies.

Cons

I found a lot of times you where too understaffed too meet the demands or requirements of your store manager.

Advice to Senior Management

Walgreens management should consider offering more training to assistant and store manager in regards to the pharmacy. The pharmacy makes up seventy to eighty percent of the stores income and the store managers should be included more in the workings of the pharmacy.
