Pros

Big company, many project opportunities if you take initatives

Cons

Huge layer of redundant and generally incompetent middle managers, they serve as feud inside the organization

Advice to Senior Management

More downsize to make it leaner. Shuffle people to bring competent new hires. Separate track for corporate and store
