Walgreens Certified Pharmacy Technician:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Walgreens has excellent benefits as far as healthcare and the 401K employer conribution. The compensation is comprable to other similar jobs.

Cons

Walgreens expects a lot from their employees. You are expected to do the work of 3 people and not get paid for that amount or quality of work.

Advice to Senior Management

Provide more assistance and support to the pharmacy. We do make over 60 percent of the profit for the company.
