I worked at Walgreens part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great place to work, Great experience

    Cons

Bad hours, Not usually the greatest management, Minimum wage, Sometimes very slow depending on where you're working. Most people end up quitting after a few years because they find out how the job/management is really like.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't put on that fake act like you care! Be truthful with your employees. Also, listen to them when they have questions, and actually show up to work for once.

    I worked at Walgreens full-time

    Pros

All the rules and regulation that company has come up with for there employees

    Cons

None of there RULES & REGULATIONS are been followed specially by there upper management team. (For example: Store, Community, District, Regional Managers)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not always upper management are telling you the truth, sometime you have to also listen to little people. (For example, Cashiers, Assistant Managers or EXA)
